Haven’t done much over the last few days, but something is better than nothing.

Yesterday it took us an hour to get Elisha to have a nap.
This afternoon on my own I thought I had it done after two hours. So I tried for another hour.
Failed.
I was pretty stressed out. Just ask the husband who took the phone call. He turned up at home not too much later and I didn’t even ask him to come.
I think I was so stressed because we were all going out for dinner and I thought that it would end very badly if Elisha went sans nap.
We went to dinner but my expectations were not met. Elisha was actually quite well behaved.
Let’s hope for a better run tomorrow.
Over the weekend Brett and Elisha have been doing a fair bit of gardening. Lots of pulling out weeds.
This morning while I was hanging out some washing Elisha decided to continue with the good work. Except he pulled out Baby Tears. He couldn’t understand that they weren’t actually weeds when I tried to explain it to him.
That’s right, a big night in a big boy bed! And he didn’t come out once, or fall out once. My boy is getting so big.
Here he is having a practice in the afternoon.

Because… here’s another.

Have been a busy little beaver the last couple of days. Managed a couple more Design Team Layouts for The Little Scrapbook Shop.
Finished this one last night.

And started and finished this one this morning.

Had a funny memory pop into my head while looking at the “Water Baby” layout. Not sure if it is noticeable on this picture or not but my fingernails are extremely long, or at least some of them are. I remember going to the Melbourne Zoo when I was much younger, and while looking at the seals doing their performance seeing a lady with really, really, long nails. Longer than I had ever seen before. And I was convinced that she was a witch. Lucky for her we don’t live in the dark ages, or she might have been burned at the stake if I had anything to say about it.
Another Design Team layout for Little Scrapbook Shop. This is of Glenn and his favourite pal at the time, Humphrey B. Bear. When looking at this in real life you can actually see that they are watching Humphrey on the TV. Classic, just got to love it.

These Wild Asparagus Papers are just gorgeous and I really enjoyed working with them.
Here is where we are at today. Sorry bout that Cary.

While painting Co-Pilot’s bedroom today I overheard Elisha talking to Nan about the moon.
Apparently his was going to, and did reach out and catch the moon. Cows are old. Time to extend his goals a little.
Wonder what he’s going to do with it now.
Another design team layout for Little Scrapbook Shop. Using the new Overton House Mint Espresso range of papers. Quite liking them.
This is just to remind me that I had (or is that have) bad habits too.
